What happens after you submit
We review what you have told us. If we believe we may be able to assist, we will contact you to explain what may be involved and discuss whether an engagement is appropriate, including fees. If your matter appears to sit outside our scope, we will say so.
That directness is deliberate. Immigration matters are often stressful. False reassurance at the outset is less useful than an honest initial view of whether we can help.
