What an initial assessment involves

Case Immigration uses an online assessment as a first step to understand your circumstances. It is a screening process, not immigration advice, and it does not create an engagement.

If you are considering immigration assistance, the first step on this website is an online assessment. It is designed to gather enough information for Case Immigration to understand your circumstances and decide whether your matter may be within scope.

The assessment is not a consultation. It does not provide immigration advice, and completing it does not create a client relationship or an engagement. It is a screening process.

What happens after you submit

We review what you have told us. If we believe we may be able to assist, we will contact you to explain what may be involved and discuss whether an engagement is appropriate, including fees. If your matter appears to sit outside our scope, we will say so.

That directness is deliberate. Immigration matters are often stressful. False reassurance at the outset is less useful than an honest initial view of whether we can help.

Let's see whether we can help.

Start with our initial assessment so we can understand your circumstances. If we believe your matter is something we can assist with, we'll explain the next step and provide an offer of engagement and fees before any work begins.
