Some people come to New Zealand because returning to their country of origin may not be safe for them. Protection-related immigration matters can be highly personal and can involve difficult circumstances. We help people understand whether their circumstances may fall within a protection-related pathway and, where appropriate, prepare the information and documentation needed for further consideration.
How We Help
Protection matters require care, discretion and clear communication. We do not ask you to disclose sensitive details on a public webpage. Our role is to help you understand the process and, where Case Immigration is engaged, support you in preparing your matter thoughtfully.

Where Case Immigration is engaged, we help you organise supporting information and evidence, identify gaps that may need attention, and prepare documentation carefully for further consideration.
